Edward P. Foy, Jr. named to Advisory Board of Directors of NYC Clothing Bank

New York, NY. January 30, 2008 - The New York City Clothing Bank, the 22-year old non-profit now operated by Peter Young Housing, Industries and Treatment (PYHIT), announced today that Edward P. Foy, Jr. has been named to the Advisory Board of Directors.
