Sharing responsibility, Ed Foy leads the operational side of the business including technology, sales, warehouse, and merchandising while Jennifer Silano-Foy is responsible for creative functions such as e-marketing, website design, photography, and interactive services. Working side by side, they successfully manage the eCommerce businesses for global fashion brands including DKNY, Baby Phat, Rocawear, Ben Sherman, and many more.
